Like to hike, cross country ski or snowmobile? "Wild Side" is located one mile from the entrance to the Boise National Forest with its numerous hot springs and miles of trails. Float or paddle the Middle Fork in a canoe, kayak or raft from the Tie Creek Campground to the town of Crouch (approx. 8 miles) but be sure to wave to us as you go past! For those more adventurous or experienced, whitewater is just around the bend on the South Fork of the Payette. Several outfitters offer whitewater raft trips on the South Fork and the Payette rivers. Enjoy this beautiful wilderness country from the back of a horse. Horseback trail rides are available at Deadwood Outfitters or, if you own your own horse, "Wild Side" offers corral and stable facilities. Or golf at Terrace Lakes Resort. Then relax and unwind -- massage therapy is available at Wild Side by appointment. |
